How we maintain a high level of accountability
Board of Directors: Our Board comprises of professionals from banking, accounting, property, investment & commercial finance broking. We have a majority of non-executive directors, in line with Corporate Governance best practice principles.
Use of Funds: Our Secured Notes are only utilised to fund Registered First Mortgages secured over Land & Buildings for commercial purposes.
External Accountants: For added accountability and delivery of specialised accounts, we use Moore Stephens (SA) Pty Ltd to prepare our monthly reports as well as statutory financial information.
External Auditors: We rely on William Buck- Chartered Accountants & Advisors for high quality half yearly and full year end audit reports.
Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC): We submit statutory quarterly, half yearly and annual company management reports to this governing body, in compliance with our AFS License.
