2025 Highlights

In November, Turner Securities released its Prospectus 15, the product disclosure document providing details of our Secured Notes investments and outlining our last three years’ financial performance. This highlights the consistent and controlled growth in Funds Under Management and Lending.

If you’d like to receive a copy of Prospectus 15, please contact our office.

In October 2025, we were proud to surpass a major milestone of $100 million in Funds Under Management across our Secured Notes and Mortgage Participation products. This achievement reflects the strong reputation and trust Turner Securities has built within the market, supported by our high investor retention rate.

To ensure quality fixed term fixed interest investments, the ongoing growth of Turner Securities’ lending portfolio has also continued through 2025, with a strong pipeline of new funding opportunities well into 2026. Turner Securities maintains long-term relationships with a select group of experienced and successful property investors and developers across Australia, whom have been repeat borrowers for years.  If you would like to hear more about our upcoming activity, please feel free to contact us.

To support this growth, we’ve also strengthened our internal capabilities. Our expanding team has been focused on improving efficiency and communication through enhanced systems, including the upcoming implementation of a new Customer Relationship Management platform to better support our valued investors.
